If you've looked at my portfolio you've no doubt seen the replica of 'The Moment' from Doctor Who. This is so far, the only replica of it I know to exist. So here's an insight into how it was made. Months of preparation went into this project with scaling and drawing plans from scratch. Thereafter, I had to create all of the vector files for all six faces on Rhino, as seen above. The base of the box was a 1ft cubed MDF box. As you can see, laid out are the mostly laser cut components sprayed with chrome metallic paint.

This is a beautiful replica. I made an oversized version out of EVA foam for my Mardi Gras Krewe. Please let me know if you are able to make vector files available. I'd like to make a life-sized EVA version but I'd like it to be even better than before. Thanks for sharing!

Amazing work! My wife and I have been looking for replicas like this and I was wondering if you have ever been interested in selling this one or making another?

This is absolutely stunning. I hope it isn't rude to ask but would you ever consider selling the models you drew up for this? I'd love to take on a challenge and wind up making something this AWESOME. Either way congrads on the coolest Dr. Who model I've seen to date.

Amazing work. I'm setting out to build one myself. Do you have the vector files available? If not, could you guide me in the direction of reference material?

Hello, I was wondering if you would be interested in making another replica and selling it. I don't mind the wait for building. I hope to hear from you soon.
